Back when I owned the whole floor (The Penthouse) next door to the Fontera building I would often walk down this street in the wee hours of the morning.
The Penthouse was a Dream Home, it was huge, it had views to die for and it was in the very heart of Auckland city.
Recently though while talking to multi millionaire Kenyon Clarke I was reflecting on how different it is to have some land around me, the kids love it.
As he pointed out though the kids did have Emily park directly over the road and Albert park just behind us which both are much larger than the back yard I have now.
